Overview

ConnectiveRX is seeking a Solutions Architect to join our architecture team. This person will be a business and technology leader with a proven track record of success in helping craft end to end solutions using Cloud solutions. 

 

ConnectiveRx’s products and services comprise a diverse set of offerings spanning the Healthcare and Pharmaceutical tech spaces. We work with manufacturers, health care professionals, insurance providers, and patients to break down barriers to treatment, leveraging a combination of personal interaction and software-enabled solutions.

 

In this role, you will use your knowledge and experience to guide product and technical leaders towards solutions that leverage the best available capabilities and most resilient integration patterns. Equally, this role will be a business leader within technology that helps to drive new business in a way that supports and feeds into our technology strategy and roadmap.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with Product and Technology leaders early in the process to understand business needs and shape strategic solutions on large, key initiatives for the company
  • Understand our historical and current solutions and products as well as our product and technology roadmap to suggest solutions that maximize efficiency, cost, and quality for our clients and for the company
  • Provide high level technical solutions leveraging our product management team and technical subject matter experts
  • Own and deliver high level estimates for technical solutions; drive pricing and project timelines and ensure consistent and accurate knowledge transfer to the teams that implement these solutions
  • Identify trends and opportunities within our pipeline and work with sales, product, technology, and business to feed these insights back into our strategy and business development approach

Qualifications

  • Ability to form deep relationships with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience partnering with technology, project management, product, security, and other similar teams
  • Active listening and communication skills; excellent written/visual communication including ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Abstract technical problem solving
  • Sufficient depth with web applications, PaaS, cloud, database, EDW, and similar technical systems
  • Strong software estimation skills
  • Ability to influence and drive consensus across a diverse set of stakeholders and decision makers
  • 10+ years relevant IT experience, 5+ as a Solutions architect
  • Familiarity with relevant business domains such as specialty pharmaceuticals, healthcare technology standards, hub services, patient affordability, pharma services, or pharmacy benefit solutions.
