Overview

The Project Analyst, Omnichannel Program Operations supports our Omnichannel Program Operations team in organizing our ongoing Short Message Service (SMS) and Email programs. This role coordinates and ensures all necessary components are submitted to organize, plan, and execute SMS and email campaigns while working within deadlines.  Supports Program Management, Business Development, Finance, and IT as well as clients and vendors.

Responsibilities

 

  • Project management responbilities: Support the Omnichannel Program Operations team in managing the mobileCare Manager, Copay SMS and Email programs on a daily basis. This task involves coordinating and overseeing obtainment and inclusion of all necessary components for fulfillment of program requirements to execute SMS and email campaigns. It also entails keeping track of project plans and schedules, organizing and participating in stakeholder meetings, and making sure that project deadlines are met on time. To launch, execute, and manage SMS and email campaigns, closely collaborate with the Manager, Omnichannel Program Operations and communicate with program managers, business analysts, vendors, and other internal and external customers.
  • Work with IT to create and validate critical reporting for Finance and clients. Ensure timely delivery and support necessary follow-up communications verbally and in writing.
  • Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable. Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
  • Analyst responsibilities: Assist in QA for bulk SMS and email programs in Adobe Campaign, Twilio, and proprietary software systems to deliver information to patients and healthcare providers legally and according to contract. Support testing and troubleshooting of email and SMS campaigns by
  • Support technical SME to monitor database, system, and program performance using SQL and other tools to detect concerns proactively.  Address issues quickly to ensure minimal impact and work closely with vendors and IT, as necessary.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree required or equivalent experience.
  • 1+ years working with messaging campaigns (SMS, Email, EHR, or Pharmacy)
  • 1+ years working in Adobe Campaign, Airship, Twilio, or similar admin site for campaign setups
  • 3+ years collaborating with teams to meet client-driven campaigns project deadlines.
  • Knowledge of standard project management and quality review processes.
  • Ability to review reports and gain insights from them.
  • Excellent problem solving, attention to detail, and analytical skills.
  • Time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Skill in project management monitoring, in addressing changes in scope, and in project resourcing.
  • Ability to manage project activities; to establish project goals and objectives; to exercise sound judgment in making critical decisions; to analyze complex information and develop plans to address identified issues; to demonstrate negotiation and facilitation skills; to identify project risks and gaps; to prepare reports; to communicate effectively; and to mentor others where appropriate.
  • Healthcare or pharmaceutical industry experience preferred
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Microsoft proficient Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences, including non-technical.
