The Senior Analytics Consultant I is an advanced analytics professional with deep domain expertise and strong leadership abilities. They manage multiple complex projects, develop strategic recommendations, and lead discussions with senior stakeholders. With a focus on both technical execution and business impact, they act as a key advisor to clients and internal teams while fostering growth within the analytics team through mentorship and guidance.

Responsibilities

Data Analysis and Reporting

  • Lead the development of advanced visual insights and reports for executive presentations and client deliverables.

Client Interaction

  • Lead presentations and discussions with clients and business leaders, translating technical findings into actionable business recommendations.

Project Management

  • Manage multiple projects, ensuring alignment with client goals and business priorities.
  • Anticipate and resolve issues effectively.

Mentoring and Coaching

  • Mentor junior and intermediate team members, providing advanced training sessions and fostering collaboration.

Strategy and Planning

  • Contribute to data strategy discussions and the development of key performance metrics.

Qualifications

Education/Degree Requirements/Certifications

  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
  • On-the-job training will be provided to help the Senior Analytics Consultant I develop their technical and business skills. Continuous learning and professional development opportunities will be encouraged to keep up with industry trends and advancements.

Experience

  • 5-8 years of experience in analytics, consulting, or related fields, with a proven ability to manage teams and deliver impactful insights.
  • Experience working with clients and delivering actionable results.
  • Project management.

Knowledge

  • Apply deep knowledge of the healthcare and affordability industry to contextualize analytics and provide tailored insights.
  • Project Management methodologies.

Skills

  • SQL (Required): Develop, optimize, and maintain advanced SQL queries to handle complex data manipulation and reporting tasks.
  • BI Tool (Required): Create interactive, high-quality dashboards that enable deeper insights for internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Data Visualization (Required): Lead the development of clear, visually compelling insights for executive presentations and client deliverables.
  • Statistics (Required): Apply statistical methods (e.g., correlation analysis, variance analysis) to interpret trends and identify actionable insights.
  • Python (Plus): May use Python minimally, but focus remains on leveraging SQL and BI tools for analytics delivery.

Compliance Requirements

Maintain strict compliance with company and client policies regarding business rules and ethics, as well as applicable local, state and national federal laws.

 


Compensation & Benefits:  This position offers opportunities for a bonus (or commissions), with total compensation varying based on factors such as location, relevant skills, experience, and capabilities.

Time-Off & Holidays:  ConnectiveRx provides a flexible paid time off (PTO) policy for exempt employees, covering sick days, personal days, and vacations. PTO is determined based on an employee’s first year of service. Employees also receive eight standard company holidays and three floating holidays annually, with prorations applied in the first year.

Posted Salary Range

USD $72,700.00 - USD $106,100.00 /Yr.
