The Pharmacy Product Manager is responsible for helping develop, manage, and enhance pharmacy products, programs, and operational solutions that improve patient access, adherence, and outcomes while supporting organizational growth objectives. The incumbent serves as the bridge between pharmacy operations, clinical teams, technology, Hub operations, and program management to identify market opportunities and translate them into scalable solutions. The Pharmacy Product Manager leads initiatives from concept through implementation, ensuring products meet regulatory requirements, operational capabilities, client needs, and financial objectives. The role focuses on driving innovation across specialty pharmacy services, dispensing operations, patient support programs, and pharmacy technology solutions.
