The Senior Engineer, Workstation position will be responsible for maintaining and administering company’s networks and workstations, both physical andvirtual.
Responsibilities
Conduct image management, Group Policies management, deployment methodologies, eco-system support, hardware and software asset management, software delivery as needed;
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues with hardware, software, workstations, and servers, both on-premises and cloud-based as needed;
Install and upgrade software and maintain desktop application software licenses; and
Provide Level 3 IT support and problem-resolution to computer system users, including working closely with IT Support & Operations personnel to research, resolve, and document problems and their resolutions.

Qualifications
Requires a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in any Engineering or Computer Science field
5 years of experience as a Systems Engineer, Technical Specialist, or a related occupation.
Experience managing and updating standard workstation Images, updating driver packages, packaging applications using System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM);
Experience managing,creating user/device based collections in SCCM;
Experience batching files to automate task sequences in SCCM;
Experience managing User State Migration Tool in SCCM to automate PC deployment;
Experience with application packaging and supporting processes with PDQ Deploy/Inventory;
Experience designing and creating workstation/server Group Policy Objects (GPO); and
Experience using: PowerShell, VB Scripts, DellMigration Tool, System Center Update Publisher, Active Directory, VMware vCenter, Bitdefender, and Ivanti.
