The Manager, Program Management is responsible for managing key aspects of the client relationship to effectively implement current messaging solutions to grow the business for various ConnectiveRx accounts. Acts as a point of contact for clients on day-to-day requests that require a high level of understanding of the internal ConnectiveRx end-to-end processes and solutions. Responsible for key deliverables for new “opportunities” that include significant input into the Request for Proposals (RFPs) and Contracting / Statements of Work (SOWs).
