Overview

The HR Associate will assist with the general HR functions of the department.  The HR Admin is a multi-functional role that requires collaboration with all facets of the ConnectiveRx Human Resources team. This role is viewed as a learning role, and working with peers, and other members of the HR team on projects is required.

Responsibilities

  • HR Administrative tasks:
    • Coordinate with third-party agency (WAND) communication with contractors for such things as removal from accounts (RFA)
    • Prepare all administrative offboarding materials and submit tickets; accountability of following all offboarding protocols for employees/contractors/temps across all locations; coordinating with HRG, IT, and facilities as necessary.
    • Ensure the offboard is processed timely to ensure SLA compliance. Pulling data as needed for SOC and client audits.
    • Review, respond to, and update the ‘General Inquiries’ HR Box. Including unemployment/employment verification forms and similar employee questions and requests.
  • Culture & Engagement:
    • Support the HR team with culture initiatives and engagement activities such as mentorship program events, in-office teammate events, ERG events, and other corporate events during the year.
    • Serve as the Intern Program Coordinator by being the point of contact for all our interns and work with the appropriate HR leaders to make sure the program runs smoothly. This task may include communicating with leaders, training team, and internship candidates, among others.
    • Serve as the main point of contact for the Employee Recognition Platform “Nectar”. This task includes reporting on usage, answering employee questions, communicating with Vendors, collaborating with internal stakeholders on contests and challenges, and adding/modifying store items.
  • Partnerships:
    • Provide occasional assistance to the HRG and the HR leaders as necessary with investigations and projects.
      Assist as a backup for “new manager onboarding and training (HR Module) when needed
  • Other duties as assigned
    • Ordering employee gifts (ie, new baby, funeral) at management's request
      • Ad hoc reporting or gathering and reporting of data or information for HR metrics
      • *Other projects and duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree (BA in Business, HR, Psychology, or related field preferred)
  • SHRM certification is a plus
  • 0-2+ years experience
  • General HR knowledge preferred
  • Intermediate experience with Excel, HRIS, or similar systems
  • Detail-oriented, interpersonal skills, conflict resolution, and collaboration
  • Occasional inner-office travel may be required, potential local travel to job fairs/college recruiting events.
