Sr. Engineer, Application Development

The Senior Engineer position will be responsible for developing, creating, and modifying various applications, web services, ETL, and reporting offered by the company including innovative healthcare technology solutions that remove barriers for patients and physicians for specialty pharmaceutical products.

• Design systems and applications;
• Write design documents and code for complex views/partial view, models and controllers for new views required;
• Review code and ensure that appropriate codes are deployed in the various environments;
• Design and modify software to meet requirements and correct errors;
• Participate and contribute to full project life cycle, including gathering application requirements;
• Contribute to Software Design Documentation (SDD);
• Develop and direct software testing and validation procedures, programming, and documentation;
• Work on bug tracking and issue management in conjunction with Quality Assurance teams;
• Provide technical support for new and existing products; and
• Work with management and users about format, distribution and purpose to identify problems and improve forms and reports.

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field;
• 2 years of experience as a Developer or a related occupation;
• Experience developing UI layout for web applications;
• Experience designing and developing web applications;
• Experience coding using CodeIgniter framework;
• Experience working on prevention of SQL injection vulnerabilities in the PHP application;
• Experience writing script for data pull, data zaps, and migration scripts based on business requirements;
• Experience writing shell scripts to automate CI/CD pipeline setup for common services to deploy on server;
• Experience using: HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, jQuery, JSON, Ajax, Python, Node.JS, Selenium, PostgreSQL, AWS, JIRA, GIT, and Azure DevOps; and
• Experience using Agile Scrum Methodologies.

Compensation & Benefits:  This position offers opportunities for a bonus (or commissions), with total compensation varying based on factors such as location, relevant skills, experience, and capabilities.
