The Associate Director, Advanced Analytics will manage the people and processes responsible for quality client program measurement, reporting, timeliness, and output, including best practices in modeling and analysis. This role works across teams including Business Development, Product, and Operations to recommend solutions that add value for clients, drive innovation from an analytics perspective, and help convert insights into strategic opportunities for the company.

 

The Associate Director serves in a key leadership role and is responsible for applying extensive knowledge of data analysis to solve complex business challenges and identify opportunities for improvement across multiple projects, teams, and business units.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and Advanced Analytics Analysts to provide creative solutions to current and anticipated business challenges, including strategic product innovation and data analytics enhancements.
  • Partner with Advanced Analytics Operations to enhance pre-sales and pre-program launch analytics processes and initiatives that improve program value and impact.
  • Serve as an analytics subject matter expert in partnership with Business Development.
  • Translate complex analytical findings into meaningful business insights during client meetings, helping demonstrate program value and optimize future campaigns.
  • Lead and develop a team of Statisticians and Managers, Advanced Analytics responsible for the quality, timeliness, and delivery of client measurement solutions.
  • Mentor, guide, coach, and provide performance management to team members.
  • Oversee the development, implementation, management, and validation of statistical analyses and methodologies for complex cross-functional projects utilizing advanced data modeling and analytical techniques.
  • Lead discussions with external vendors when outsourcing needs arise.
  • Serve as the primary analytics liaison for health system, EHR, and pharmacy network vendor partnerships.
  • Examine, interpret, and communicate results of analytical initiatives to stakeholders across leadership, technology, sales, marketing, and product teams.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education

  • Advanced degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.

Experience

  • 10+ years of experience monitoring, managing, manipulating, and deriving insights from data.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience leading strategic projects.
  • Experience leading and developing high-performing analytics teams.

Knowledge

  • Strong understanding of data mining principles, including:
    • Predictive analytics
    • Mapping
    • Multivariate analysis
    • Significance testing
    • Regression analysis
    • Decision trees
  • Experience collecting and integrating data from multiple on-premises and cloud-based data sources.

Skills

  • Experience using statistical programming languages such as SAS.
  • Strong SQL skills with the ability to manipulate data and build statistical models.
  • Ability to perform complex querying involving multiple tables and subqueries.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to translate technical analyses into actionable business recommendations.

Travel Requirements

  • Minimal travel required.

Compliance Requirements

  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and training requirements consistent with ConnectiveRx's Information Security and Compliance Programs, including but not limited to SOC1, SOC2, PCI, and HIPAA requirements.
  • Maintain strict compliance with company and client policies regarding business rules, ethics, and all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations.

Compensation & Benefits:  This position offers opportunities for a bonus (or commissions), with total compensation varying based on factors such as location, relevant skills, experience, and capabilities.

Time-Off & Holidays:  ConnectiveRx provides a flexible paid time off (PTO) policy for exempt employees, covering sick days, personal days, and vacations. PTO is determined based on an employee’s first year of service. Employees also receive eight standard company holidays and three floating holidays annually, with prorations applied in the first year.

Posted Salary Range

USD $107,600.00 - USD $160,600.00 /Yr.
