Being on medication is tough enough. We want to make getting it the easy part. Getting prescriptions to patients has become increasingly complex. When things get messy along the prescription journey, pharmaceutical manufacturers rely on us to untangle the process and create a clear path—allowing patients to build trusting relationships with their medication brands.
We’re not only committed to taking the pain out of the prescription process, but we’re also devoted to bringing the brightest minds together under one roof. We bring together diverse voices—engineers, pharmacists, customer service veterans, developers, program strategists and more—all with one vision. Each perspective and experience makes ConnectiveRx better than the sum of its parts.
The Senior Director, Operational Strategy & Enablement serves as the primary operational representative for supporting business development activities pre- and post-sale, and for ensuring that customer commitments align with operational capabilities, product direction, and organizational readiness. This leader partners closely with Operations, Business Development, Product, Training, Technology, and Implementation teams to support pursuit activities, develop operational responses to RFPs and proposals, coordinate customer-facing engagements requiring operational expertise, and drive comprehensive training strategies for new programs and platform capabilities.
This role serves as part of ConnectiveRx’s Launch Excellence team and is responsible for representing operationally executable solutions while ensuring teams are equipped to successfully deliver on commitments through scalable training, knowledge transfer, and change management processes. The position plays a critical role in improving sales-to-service transitions, enhancing implementation readiness, and driving alignment across commercial and operational functions. Success is measured through improved sales-to-service transition cycle time, implementation readiness, training adoption, and cross-functional stakeholder satisfaction.
