The REMS Pharmacist verifies patient and prescriber enrollment into the appropriate REMS program and ensures certain required conditions are met before processing the prescription. The pharmacist will provide patient clinical counseling before transferring the prescription to the fulfilling pharmacy. The pharmacist will be responsible for reporting any adverse events and any other clinical incidents that may arise.. The Pharmacist is expected to have a positive attitude and work well in a collaborative environment.
